Hi, I'm Melissa

Living with autoimmune issues, chronic illness, or pain is challenging, to say the least. Through my own autoimmune journey, yoga and meditation have helped me learn how to trust myself as I became more embodied.

By listening and responding to my ever-changing body with compassion, as well as humor and therapy, I began to change my mindset and spirit.

It's my passion to offer classes which encourage embodiment and accessibility. I encourage you to become curious about how to make each pose feel the best for your body without judgment or comparison.

I'm a certified 500-hour yoga teacher from Brett Larkin's Uplifted program. Prior to my yoga teacher training, I practiced yoga, meditation, and mindfulness years before my autoimmune diagnosis.
